The best taxi company ever

Ordered taxi for my daughter at 10:15 - she is 16 - they didn't show up until 10:35 downtown. Unacceptable and price quoted was $20 - wanted to charge me $25.20. Don't use this service

Good service

Never again, if it could be a zero star it would be. Preordered a taxi from this company for five people four days in advance, called again two days later and got confirmation for our taxi. Trying to get in contact with the company the night of was a nightmare, we were forced to play telephone tag and never got a firm answer on whether our cab was actually going to come. After hours of back and forth we finally got a taxi (that we already pre-ordered and confirmed) to come pick us up, but low and behold the troubles didn’t stop there. After getting picked up and driven for about 30 minutes we were told the cost was 145$, after we were quoted 90$. After questioning the driver about the charge the driver got angry and defensive and began to yell at us in the cab, he charged us 10$ to get out of the car and lower the seat for us which is beyond ridiculous, we began to lower the seat ourselves and he insisted on lowering the seat for us. The van had a check engine light on, no seat belts for the back row of seats, and a loose wheel bearing that caused the car to vibrate at high speeds. The company conducts business in the poorest form possible and it’s a wonder they still are able to function.
