Fountain Tire

Needed a part replaced asap and they got me in same day and all done within a couple hours. No price gouge, fair pricing. Wish I would have went here for my block heater cord plug replacement, would have been half the price! Quality work and exceptional service!

Seems like no one is actually complaining about what is actually going on at the shop.there’s stuff everywhere in the tire bays cant get my semi in for a flat repair their truck bays are packed full of junk. I went to kal tire instead.anyway my cousin had her pick up in there last week for winter tire change and was told they are behind she had a 11am appointment and didn’t get her pick up back till 2:30pm. The one tire guy told us they are 2 hours wait for 4 tire change per car.We were astonished by the waiting times and unfriendly Manager.either way if we book an appointment for 11am we expect to get it back in an hour… not several hours later.They have lost all my family and friends business. I will make sure to let anyone know not to use this shop.Anyway if their head office send someone to investigate they might be shocked of what they find if they care to.

Took my wife's CRV in yesterday for an oil change andto have a stud replaced on both front wheels.Turned out to be a bigger job than I thought.The mechanic came up with a work around to save memoney and worked through his lunch break to get meout of there on time. You don't get that kind of serviceeverywhere.Thanks,Bill Hutson

Took my van in to have her thoroughly checked out before going to work in another town in May. All I got was an oil change. By the time I got 800 kil into my journey; I could hear metal on metal. Took it in and my front brakes were shot. My back brake adjusters were seized. They had to take a sledge hammer to get the tire and rim off. So the Vanderhoof store couldn't have looked at the breaks. Wouldn't recommend this store for mechanical work.

My 73 year old brother deals with them for his 4 vehicles regularly. They are fair and deal great with his grumpy old self. They don't even mind when my service floof comes in to wait with us.

Showed up on Saturday afternoon & found prompt and professional service. Thanks Ian & Eric for getting us back on the road quickly at a reasonable price. Enjoy the summer!

Good tire place. They were always great about getting the truck in pretty quick, even right before closing up shop (their website listed the wrong business hours). If I had to gripe, maybe the staff comes off as... moderately disinterested.

July 9th I had a flat outside of fort fraser, the nicest guy drove half an hour out to help me, selling me a new tire then changing it on the side of the highway. This guy ran to get it done as fast as he could. It was 31 degrees out in the sun and he was wearing coveralls. I followed him back to vanderhoof where he replaced my other tire that was close to going as well. I have never been treated so well as a woman in the automotive world. I'm so impressed and appreciative.

Super good staff they do very quick and efficient work on my way to edmonton my brakes gave out they booked me in very quickly and did the work very quickly so I could get back on the road and make it home for Thanksgiving
