Safe & Sound Security

These two brothers did an excellent job for us in the past so we had them come back again when we had more security systems wanting to be installed. They were efficient and very friendly the price was very reasonable we are happy with the service and the quality of equipment we received.

Dale and his brother did a very clean install and were pleasant. However, we had an issue with the app (still do) and following the installation requested additional cameras as an area of the house had no coverage. Dale responded to one phone call and walked me through a reset procedure, but the app is still buggy. He refuses to come out to install additional cameras, informing us that we had signed off on the cameras the day the work was completed. But it isn't until you live with a security system for a while that you realise blind spots. For months now he has ignored emails and voicemails. Dale said he was unwell some time ago, but it has been MONTHS and he will not respond, nor send out a colleague to address issues. Our 'warranty' is with him, but it is meaningless and worthless if the company refuses to do any follow-up. Very disappointing.

I recently worked with Dale and Darren for a home security camera system, and they were wonderful! Not only was the install great, but they took the time to explain everything to me and set me up with the system so that it's easy to use and understand. They were happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations. I'd highly recommend Safe & Sound Security for both residential and commercial needs.
