We went to try their pho sate #21 based on friends recommendation. Found it to be very creamy/heavy. Basically u don't feel actual beef broth at all. It's neither pho sate nor laksa. Wasn't very spicy either. Soup comes in one size only. I would recommend drive extra 5min to get proper pho sate at ultimate basil

THIS PLACE FORCES 10% TIP ON CUSTOMERS. Food is good but portion is on the smaller side comparing to other pho places. Service is good too. But we ain’t happy that this place charges you 10% service charge! 10% is not much for tip as we normally tip more than that BUT PLEASE DO NOT FORCE A FIXED TIP ON YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is not our Canadian tipping culture: we give a fair tip to good service but it’s always our choice. Don’t force it on us. Please don’t bring this forced tipping culture to Canada!MSG TO OWNER: In Canada, tipping is our way to show our appreciation for the servers’ extraordinary services and passions on their job. It’s NOT for a markup to your profit or a subsidy to your obligation to pay a fair wage to your employees.

The sauté beef soup had literally six small pieces of beef which were not very tender. Just a heads up. The flavor was decent but I wouldn't come back for that much beef. I know you can order extra but I think Pho people know how much beef should come in an ordinary soup. Charge more if you need to and maybe try giving good service. A little bit of your heart would it hurt?

Driven past this place many many times without stopping.Do not let the outside of the building, STOP you from coming in.Friendly staffOrdered the Beef Stew w/egg noodles .... OMGOSH, so tasty. Nice deep rich broth. Lots of oh so tender beef chunks with a some awesome attached fat pieces that melt in your mouth. The egg noodles had a lovely chew to them, nice and thin too.The only fault I can say, is could have used some more carrots in the stew.I will definitely be back.SO YUMMY

Food was tasty, but prices are high for the takeout portions. There is no way to view the menu apart from the recent photos posted by customers. Current prices are around $3 higher than two weeks ago. For reference, my vermicelli bowl came out to $16.25. I went in expecting to pay $13.50.
