I took my little 1.5 year old daughter for blood work. Amal helped us and she is great. ofcoirse there was cry, but she did it quickly and with the first effort. Thank you.

0 customer service, I don't like the face of reception at all.On top of that, no free parking. paid parking without doing a blood test.

Understaffed, very slow. We had an appointment at 11.20 and had to wait 30 min to get blood work done. And yes, parking is expensive

I've been getting tests every month for 6 months and have gone to a lot of lifelabs just grabbing available appointments. This one was the best, and all were great. I came early, people were complaining about long waits as walk ins but the appointments open up here fast and I grabbed one the day before I went without issue. Everyone was busy but polite and dealt with some nasty people being rude about their wait time. I was 20 minutes early and seen on time. THE EASIEST NEEDLE IVE HAD I told her right to her face she was the best and thanked her. I'm not great with needles I just sort of grin and bear it, nope she was done in 1 minute no lie. I'm almost sad I found this place during my last month of tests I'll go here again if the need arises.Thanks to everyone working here and sorry you deal with angry people. I promise what you do is appreciated by the rest of us.

The receptionist was condescending and arrogant and just found out from my dr that the requisition for tests wasn’t even followed … missing tests that were necessary!!!! Need to redo bloodwork! Unacceptable irresponsible and although I’m aware this does not pertain to entire staff for the one individual who we had the unfortunate circumstance of engaging with your disrespectful attitude and incompetency is truly a disgrace to the hardworking dedicated healthcare community I should know I work at the hospital! I will be taking this further.Hoping others do not have similar experience.

Never pleasant, always rude, expectations of spare time is unrealistic, and their bedside manner has a lot to be desired. The location is in a great facility, but the services from them are certainly lack lustre. Not recommended whatsoever.

Very efficient, and I was seen before my appointment time. Fatima is incredible - the best technician I've had in 80 years!!! The person on reception wasn't warm, but I'll take efficiency and competence over warmth any day.

Honestly, every time I have an appointment at this LifeLabs location (Hospital Gate, Oakville) they are friendly, on time (sometimes early to take you in), quick and efficient. A call out to Ann or Anna today .. she is a gentle soul, thank you for what you do. The entire staff are fabulous. Highly recommended.

My first negative review on Google. I visited this LifeLabs location today. It is my first and last time. Here is why:1) There is NO FREE PARKING. Parked my car in lot #7.2) Outside and inside the building, there are no signs where to find the LifeLabs office. Not a big deal to ask a lady at the pharmacy, but it is frustrating, especially if you are running late. (2nd floor if you go there)3) The worst was the waiting time! My appointment for bloodwork was at 11:05. I was there at 11:05 sharp. They quickly checked my papers and asked me to wait in booth #2. (All other booths except 1 were empty at this time!) I have been to other locations and know that you should wait for about 10-15 minutes. But this time I was waiting for over 50 minutes!! I needed to ask 3 times for someone to come.4) After the blood was finally taken, I asked to reimburse for my parking ticket. They said that THEY DON'T REIMBURSE PARKING TICKETS. First, usually, this type of clinic reimburses their clients' tickets. Second, there were no signs that the parking would not be reimbursed, not in the office, not on the website. Third, it was not my fault that it took 1 hour to get the bloodwork done. I ended up paying $7.50 for 1 hour parking to do a simple bloodwork...I normally don't leave reviews, but it was too much this time! PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION!
