I could not be happier.From beginning to end the sales process was smooth, I never felt rushed, I have been back twice since buying my truck just for a coffee and a chat.I hope to bring Jerry a few contacts in the near future, who are interested in an Explorer of their own.

When I made the order I didn’t expect to get the car in 1 year as I knew the demand for bronco has been high and getting even higher, while mine got delivered in 7 months, big surprise. I went to Pine Tree Ford Lincoln because other dealerships turned me away. I had wanted to place an order for a new Bronco and other dealerships refused my order but always had a bronco available to purchase above sticker price. Pine Tree Ford Lincoln took my order happily AND stayed in contact with me over the entire course of the order. I know that if I were to reach out to my representative there even now, they would respond without hesitation. This was an excellent experience. Alok (this man is a legend) took excellent care of me and put up with my non stop questions with extreme patience while we waited for the delivery.
