Website and TV commercials say no appointment needed. Walked in today at 4pm and turned away because I didn't book an appointment. Drove 30 minutes to go there. Lost my business for good!

Kind staff but my hair was butchered. No blending, just scissors and and electric razor used. I’d have to rank it among the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. Two days after the cut it looked terrible I had to go to another establishment to get it fixed.

Great service . Enjoyed the hair wash with heated towel and the massage at the end . Would recommend this place . Only down was wait was long, we waited another 15 mins after our time . Short on staff .

I always receive great service at this location. The staff are always friendly. The wait is always shorter than I anticipate, and checking in online is such a great feature. I love getting the MVP.

Super inconsistent haircuts. Some stylists are ok, some shouldn’t be allowed to handle scissors.I have 0 hair cutting experience and I would give some employees a run for their money.

Isn't the best haircut place, does not follow picture haircuts. Very expensive for not a great cut and I highly recommend somewhere else if you are a big hair person.
