I just want to say how refreshing it is to find such a great service shop that is independently owned and operated, that treats it's clients with dignity and respect. I'm a Cochrane local, and am done dealing with greedy stealerships for service. Erol's was recommended to me, and I couldn't be happier. Friendly, professional, clean shop, and they didn't price gouge me like a dealership would. I would recommend this place to anyone local to Cochrane who is fed up with their traditional dealership experience.

We have used Erol's since day 1 of our company and have never been disappointed. Yesterday the water pump on one of our trucks started leaking. Took it in and left it figuring it would be a few days as they were busy. Got a call this morning that it was ready. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY AN OUTSTANDING TEAM!

I had booked in a few weeks ago for a winter tire change. Unfortunately there was a scheduling change when I got there that morning. I was prepared to stay and wait. When I arrived right at 8 AM I was told that couldn’t happen. I said no big deal it really wasn’t an issue as I didn’t have anything planned that day. I got a phone call from the owner himself (Erol) apologizing for the mistake on their end later that morning. Again I emphasize that wasn’t a problem.They had my truck ready around 10 am that morning. When I went in to pay he gave me a discount on his work. I was floored, he didn’t have to do that. I just wanted to say a big Thank You! to Erol and his staff for their fantastic service and workmanship. You have made a life long customer.

Always efficient, much less expensive than dealerships. Treat women customers like they can understand what is going on. Always proactive and let me know if breaks or tires etc need fixing,. I feel safe driving my car with my grandchildren knowing they looked at it regularly.

This review is way overdue! Erol's is hands down the best garage I have used since moving to Canada! They provide honest, quality service at a fair price! I've certainly been to cheaper garages, but what does that do for me when they either talk me into repairs that I don't actually need or miss the important stuff?! Erol's has been amazing in every way so far and you can tell that they hire knowledgeable and friendly people all around, from their service desk to their technicians. I'm very happy that I found this place! Keep up the good work :)
