My beautiful grandma lived in a two bedroom apartment all inclusive for 2 years. This morning she showed up for her breakfast, fried eggs and burnt toast showed up an hour and a half later, when she ordered poached eggs. Grandma is not one to complain, she says this happens frequently. The management/staff here is under qualified and ineffective. When residents politely complain about their all inclusive services being inadequate, they are scorned and abused by staff. Disgusting.
