Dan Harrison / May-Mount did an outstanding job for us. We had serious water issues with our cistern. He disassembled everything, cleaned and disinfected everything and brought new pure clean water. This was all done very quickly and efficiently. Dan even made multiple trips on the weekend to check on and fine tune the system. Really appreciate his dedication to good customer service!

I have to say that in 4 years of dealing with Bay-Mount they have always been reliable with the services provided - and really thoughtful in their advice when we’ve had some kind of problem to solve.Most people in our area know that snow removal and water service that you can trust is essential, and they’re great.I don’t take time to write reviews usually but would recommend to anyone. My husband and I became sick with a gastro bug this past August/September 2021. Our water was tested and came back with E-Coli, not drinkable. Shelley Harrison quoted $500. plus tax plus a fresh load of water to have our cistern sanitized. This was done efficiently and on inspection of the tank it was found to be in good shape, no leaks or cracks. Therefore Bay-Mount may have delivered contaminated water. When the invoice was received by us we were charged $600. plus tax plus a load of water. When my husband phoned Shelley to ask why it was another $100. she gave no valid reason, said pay what you want" and hung the phone up on him. We immediately paid the original quoted amount. Bay-Mount did originally sanitize our tank 7 years ago for only $250. We have been good customers for over 7 years without any issues. 5 weeks later we required a new load of water and when I called Shelley answered the phone and told me we need to find someone else to bring us water. That was very mean on her part to wait until we were out of water to inform us that she no longer wanted us for customers."

Last spring, Baymount installed a new water cistern on our property. On time and on budget. And we couldn't be happier with the quality of the water or the service! We have such piece of mind now -- compared to when we were relying on a 270-foot-deep well that supplied hard water. Thanks so much to Baymount for their expertise and excellent service!
