Dont go there for passport photo!They even don’t know size requirement of photos by Canadian government! (I am told by the owner; canadian passport photo and canadian citizenship photo sizes are diffetent, although it is not !Top much overpriced, and they are not following pro passport photo prices, and professionality!Even they are refusing being branch/part of Pro Passport Photo chain.Don’t be fooled by this store!!!

Had my passport photos done for the whole family, over half of them had shine and shadows which got rejected by passport Canada. Horrible customer service, when we went back to retake the pictures, they claimed my wife had too much makeup on, which caused a shine in the picture, which is false. They don’t know how to use the equipment they have and use proper lighting.

Don’t come here to get a passport photo. Paid $20 and received a terribly lit photo with shine/shadows, which is never OK for passport photos. When I asked for a refund I was denied. UPS Store pretending to also take passport photos. Don’t offer passport photos if you don’t have the equipment/ability to take them.

They post prices on their web page but they charge twice as much for the photo with blueish skin. Go somewhere else (walmart/shoppers drug mart etc.) Customer service non-existent.
