Jody was amazing with both my dogs! It was their first time ever being groomed!She was gentle, kind, patient, loving and attentive to each dog. My beagle loved browsing/sniffing items in her store area! She really loves her job and treats the pups as if they are her own! Highly recommend Jody! She even takes time to add a little bandana and take photos! The pups I see are always smiling! Thank you so much for your services! ❤️

I am absolutely impressed with this groomer. I have a high energy mini Australian Shepard. The groomer handled her no problem. My dog was happy and looked beautiful. Highly recommend.

Spring is a busy time of year, but Jodie was so welcoming and able to fit my big guy, Hopper into her schedule for his very first groom! Great job and wonderful service!

I brought my 1 yr old goldendoodle for grooming and what I got back was a nightmare. She had scratches by her ear (have pics to prove), her tail was half shaved, her whiskers and eyelashes were cut. The whiskers are gone. She has places all over her body where it looks like she shaved right down to the skin. She was not bathed. When we got her home she was limping on her back right foot. We were quoted one price but then was charged more. Besides ALL THAT, I asked her to groom a retriever but when I picked up my dog, she told me that she now looks like a Labrador. She may have done permanent damage by shaving down her goldendoodle double coat. This regulates her body temperature and may be irreversible.Never again will I trust this place with my baby.So there is no confusion....this was done at four paws boutique on the corner of Drummond and Williams on April 8....you know who we are.
