Was looking for Vegan options in the mall food court and found that this KFC fries the plant based patty in a separate cooker than the ones the chickens are fried.The sandwich comes with a bit of sorry looking lettuce and a vegan creamy sauce. The sandwich has an amazing crunch and in places is quite thick giving a nice bite to it.Wish the Plant Based Popcorn Chikn is back or there are some other better options available as well.

I have never had dryer, more disgusting and stale chicken in my life. EVER! The pieces in my 4 meal combo were cut in half and the quality was 0/10. I also ordered Taco Bell which was no better in quality. Also, make sure you check them out taking our ga RV age through the window to the kitchen, touching their beards, cash, supplies without any sanitizer, gloves or sink in sight. Be VERY careful here. I will be contacting head office.

Rude staff. My friend was waiting in line at this location while I waited next door at A&W. I watched the clerk ignore him completely while glancing over several times. He ended up going elsewhere. I had my meal and he had a whole meal from New York Fries and this clerk still hadn't helped anyone waiting in his lineup. Save your money, the food from this location is hot garbage anyway.

I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket but when I got home and opened the box I found out there were only 11 pieces. Also I ordered all dark meat but they are NOT all dark!!! And no catchup for fries in the bag. Save your money and avoid this restaurant by all means!

I didn't go to KFC, I went for Taco bell.There was a line up when arrived,but it moved fairly quickly. However, it took 20 minutes to get the 2 items I ordered. Everyone that ordered before me and after also took 20 minutes to receive their orders.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave 0 stars for this location. What an embarrassment to the KFC name, so disappointing.Not only was the bun burnt (I have photos), I also paid an extra $2.50 for cheese and bacon, neither was on the sandwhich. The macaroni salad tasted sour, both my husband and I discarded it.I tried calling the location to make a complaint and not one employee picked up the phone. I called for OVER 45 min during open business hours and nobody would answer. I am surprised this location is still open. We will never order from nor visit this location again.My advice...STAY AWAY!! Go to a differnt KFC location

They are cutting the chicken thigh in two and selling each part as a whole piece of chicken. that's not fair. Today I went to buy two pieces and they gave me a drum and the small half piece of the thigh. it is a disappointment.

Waited 15 minutes for this. I was trying the spicy flatbread out. Honestly I'm not totally sure what else is supposed to be on it for certain but I'm pretty sure the picture had lettuce and tomato on it. Pretty disappointed. I'm going to eat it, but like man, next time I'll save the 5 bucks and go to a&w next door.

I ordered a meal for 2 on UberEats and it was cancelled after 15 mins of waiting. I could have used those 15 mins finding another location to order from. This place has lazy workers who refuse to pick up the phone to explain why they cancelled so late. I DO NOT recommend this place and there should be a petition to shut this place down and just keep it as a Taco Bell location and not KFC.
