Royal Car Wash - Lancaster, NY

Great car wash place, hardly any wait time ever. Vehicle comes out clean and pretty dry every time. Very reasonable price if you use service regularly.

I am so upset I went to Royal car wash and I pulled up. The guy was guiding me in but I felt like he wasn’t guiding me in properly. Something didn’t feel right when I was on the track inside the car wash when I got out of the car wash and started driving away. I kept hearing squeaking noises from my car and now when I drive my car, there is squeaking noises Underneath my car. And now I guarantee you, something is messed up or loose because the guy was not paying attention while guiding the car in.

3.5 STAR...Decent joint. Typical auto wash. Drive thru while in neutral and the disco lights / brushes / blowers get the job done. If they had a couple folks hand drying and doing the windows it would be a huge improvement. It's a well ran establishment and a good choice for me when i can't was my cars due to weather.

Royal is definitely one of the, if not the, best choices for a car wash in Buffalo. They have a high quality wash for the price and the lines usually aren't that long. My only complaint is that sometimes in the winter, salt will build up on the brushes and you'll end up with micro scratches on your vehicle - but that's a concern no matter what automatic car wash you go with.

This place was OK". I liked that there wasn't a line. I was able to get in and out quickly. There were 3 employees when I first entered the car wash. One was guiding me in and another one was spraying the hose. The third was standing watching. As I was in the car wash the spinning brushes moved my side door mirror back (Didn't break). When it came time at the end and the blowers came on I thought the hood of my truck was going to blow off!! They were ridiculously powerful!! After I was done no one was there to dry my truck off. So needless to say the super heavy duty dryers did not get all of the water off my truck so I now have water spots and streaks on it. My running boards also still had mud on them. My truck was pretty dirty with a mixture of salt and mud on it. For the most part it came out clean. I also thought it was a bit pricey for a car wash. I would never join the car wash club that they offer because I love washing my own truck

Every time I go to Go car wash I get scuff marks on the hood of my car. I have a red car and I have to take the scuff marks off with wax. I would not recommend go car wash.

Service was amazing I wash all my work trucks and personal cars here 15 total great job

S/o to the girl that gave me the bottled water lol she made me write this review! It's refreshing having a place to go to other than Delta. They don't have people to hand dry the cars but you can't tell when the car completely dries surprisingly. It also saves time too!

I stopped by when I was driving from Castleton VT back home to Chicago. I have to say that this is one of the best car washes I have been to. I accumulated quite a few bugs on my windshield and front end during my trip, as you can imagine. I happened to mention that in my conversations with an older gentlemen and boy they took the time to make sure the front windshield was cleaned to my satisfaction! Great customer service and they were very friendly as well! Thank you so much for the attention to detail and also providing a friendly face to this out of towner as well!!

This location is so convenient for me. In and out in no time at all and on my way. Staff is courteous and friendly. The GM greets everyone and is very helpful
