I am a senior with limited technological savvy. I needed a new phone but was reluctant to go and get one because of previously feeling humiliated and being talked to in a condescending manner. I had heard that the Sundre office offered great service and were friendly and helpful. I drove from Olds out to Sundre and I was not disappointed. Jacquie Hanson, the store manager took almost 2 hours to help me buy a new phone, explain everything to me and get me the best possible price. She was patient, polite, kind and definitely went the extra mile, helping me clean up some account issues. WOW. This is what I call customer service. I will be recommending you to everyone I know and thank you, Jacquie (and Kayla for setting up my bluetooth) so much for all your help. I feel comfortable with my new phone and you definitely deserve recognition from TELUS. Thanks again for being wonderful.

Learned today that not all the phones they sell are serviced there. Extremely annoying.
