I love Tesla. Never had a bad experience at any of the locations, but these guys on Douglas were extra friendly and informative. Extra thanks to the woman that helped me figure out the invoice when I picked up my car! All around a good experience. :)

If you have the option to pick up your new Tesla in Victoria, I highly recommend it, even if it delays your delivery by a week. Absolutely a 5 star experience picking up my Model Y on Douglas. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and uber friendly. When my husband and I arrived, we did the expected inspection of the vehicle. As far as we both could see it was in mint condition. One of the staff members (female - Asian, her name slips my mind unfortunately) informed me that my rear driver side door handle was sticking .... Something I would never have noticed if it wasn't for her prior inspection. She was incredible. We set up an appointment on the spot for a week later to have my Y serviced and had it fixed in very short order. The service guy (Chris) was also delightfully friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Vancouver island's Tesla Service Team. Wow.

Made a service appointment at Tesla Victoria service centre. Appeared to be they have no capacity to provide the service.Very disappointing experience, poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Sadly had to bring my vehicle to another shop

I came in and asked to buy an extra license plate bolt for my Tesla. The gentleman, Kan, in the front said he will ask his manager. Another man came up and said they’re allocated for their cars only and can’t help me. I asked they couldn’t even spare 1? I was happy to pay for it but he said it’s not worth much but he just can’t give me any. Absolutely ridiculous.As I was leaving, Kan chased after me with a bolt and put it on my car for me.As a representative for Tesla, Kan is amazing. The manager on the hand is a joke and could take some pointers from Kan.

We ordered a new Model Y in early February and it arrived two weeks later. Throughout the test-driving, purchasing, and delivery experience the staff at Tesla Victoria were very pleasant and helpful. We had no negative experiences and can’t think of anything they could have done better. Since taking the vehicle home, we’ve put in a couple service requests to address minor cosmetic issues and we’ve been happy with that as well. We spent quite a bit of time inspecting the vehicle before taking delivery and were pleasantly surprised the build quality was better than expected though not perfect. Hopefully its reliability over the years proves positive. There’s a reason it’s the most popular EV in Europe and the US where it out-sold all other non-Tesla EVs combined last year.

First problem its impossible to call the dealership and talk to someone . I spent 69,000$ and can only use the service app to communicate. The recent price drop means that i just lost at least 10,000$ worth of value in my vehicle in two months. The least they could do reimburse me.

You can not ask for a better place in Victoria in purchasing your new Tesla. Charlie and Tom were and are very professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Tesla in the Greater Victoria area.

I asked for a quote as a potential buyer and the sales rep tried to make fun of me when I mentioned the range reduction on the Chinese version of the car. Very unprofessional.

Just buy any other EV and save yourself the headache
