a great new hotel concept for Hamilton! Loved staying here for a mini staycation, the room was beautiful and so much larger than I expected - and the location is perfect. The checkin/checkout was smooth and the staff we met were super kind!

Visiting from NYC, we stayed over the kids' mid-winter break and it was perfect. Spacious and well appointed rooms with some made in Canada furniture. We especially appreciated the proximity to dining at the Plank and great coffee at nearby Detour. We would stay here again.

This cozy spot became my go-to for unwinding after a day of exploring Hamilton. Nestled in a good neighborhood, I felt safe and secure during my stay. We went to a concert in Toronto but wanted to stay further out of the city/ closer to the border and the Laundry Rooms was perfect! The hotel itself is gorgeous. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and the room was super clean. The room has absolutely everything you could need, a kitchenette with all appliances and dishes, pots and pans, laundry, living area, a huge closet plus little things like dish soap. It’s geared more towards longer stays and I’m bummed we only needed to be here one night, I would have liked to stay longer.The check in process is very easy, they text you all your info and codes to access the property. It’s more Airbnb-like instead of a hotel so don’t expect a traditional hotel experience.The only issue we ran into was that we couldn’t figure out how to lock the deadbolt. I’m sure we could have asked but we didn’t want to bother anyone in the middle of the night. We still felt safe in our room. The building feels very secure. Also, the pillows are very plush, this is not a complaint for me but if you don’t like a thick pillow, you might want to bring your own.We ate at plank, the restaurant on the first floor, the food was fantastic! I had the sliders and they were amazing.The Hamilton Go station is about a block away making it very convenient to catch a train.I would absolutely recommend the laundry rooms and we will stay here again next time we are in the area.

This is my first time writing a hotel review. I feel it is necessary to write one as I think more people should know more about The Laundry Rooms Augusta. The check in/out process is fast and convenient. The suites are beautiful and sparkly clean. The entire property is secured, gorgeous and luxurious. They also have one of the most amazing and friendly team - Amanda and Peter are just the absolute sweetest and kindest. There is no 24/7 receptionist but this did not make our stay any less amazing. The team can be reached through text and phone call any time - their customer service is top notch. We were in the city for BLACKPINK’s 2 day concert and needed a place to stay for a few days within the First Ontario Centre’s vicinity and this was just a 14 min walk! The suite had everything we needed and more. Too bad we missed out on Plank but we’re so excited to check it out the next time we’re there, we’re also looking forward to the new The Laundry Rooms currently being built at the back of the property. We are now back home and are recommending this place to our family and friends in Abbotsford, BC and Winnipeg, respectively. I look forward to staying here again when I come back to Hamilton.

I think I found my pied-à-terre! I had such a great stay at The Laundry Rooms while on the road for work. The price of a hotel but with the comforts of home including full kitchen and laundry. Peter was extremely accommodating, ensuring my check in was seamlessness and my stay was comfortable. I was able to connect with him 24/7 via text for anything I needed, which I found very personable. My suite was super fun and fresh, loved the details of the interior design. The location was very convenient in the heart of downtown Hamilton, steps away so many great restaurants and cafes. I wish I had more time to explore and check them all out. I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Plank located on the ground level, the service, food and overall experience was exceptional. For anyone reading this review, do yourself a favour next time you are in the area, treat yourself and stay at The Laundry Rooms! I can’t wait to go back!

Outside of the rooms being impressive. Customer service was A1. Although this place is geared more towards long term extended stays I only needed to spend one night there and they were able to accommodate. The general manager Peter was very nice I didn’t have any problems. The room is beautiful comfortable and I was able to relax, it really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I will definitely come back!

My review has couple of components, one the friendliness and help of the staff 5 stars.Concerns with the room 3 stars, but staff tried to address it.location is very good 4 stars.overall, it is a cool location and great apartment complex to have in Hamilton. there are some issues that need to be sorted out but again the staff was very friendly and supportive.

This was my first experience with a self-serve hotel and while I was skeptical at the outset, the experience was super. Very organized, responsive and as good as any full-service hotel I have stayed at. Much to my surprise as well, the 'room' I booked was a small suite with open concept living, dining and kitchen space, separate bedroom and washroom. Clean and airy and fully equipped much like a vacation rental condo. We ate at The Plank, a chain restaurant in the lobby and the food, drinks and service were top notch. Highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.
