Horrible customer service and communication. I dropped off my jacket for dry cleaning and they said it'll be $18 and that to come back on weds. I come back on thursday to ask for my jacket and they have no idea where it is, everyone is speaking Chinese so I have no idea what's going on. One of the workers calls a different person on the phone to ask if they know where the jacket is and then she hangs up and just tells me to come back tomorrow with no reassurance that they have my jacket. Every time I ask them a question such as do you know where my jacket is" they say "i don't know". I finally get my jacket the next day and they charged me almost $30 instead. DON'T GO HERE"

Good laundromat. Can get busy at certain times.

Four-Star Laundry provides excellent service. Winnie and Sonny are excellent to deal with. I have never once had a problem with them. The Four-Star in their name is a bit of modesty on their part. I give them 5/5

I haven't used four star for very long but so far Winnie has been very helpful. She scheduled an appointment with me and the pick up was right on time. I'm looking forward to continuing to use their services. And their prices are very reasonable also for pick up and drop off service including folding.
