Krista’s approach was friendly and fun but also super professional. She attended to ALL the advance details - from COVID protocol to payment to scheduling to wardrobe/character looks planning - in a way that made it incredibly easy on our end and also put us at ease knowing she was taking care of all these details. Krista (owner) is absolutely incredible and talented. Since we first started communicating 3 years ago about doing hair & makeup for my wedding, she has been prompt in responding and so kind. We postponed our wedding twice, and each time Krista was super understanding and flexible. When we (finally) had our wedding, Krista did hair & makeup for 4 people back-to-back (6+ hours), plus did a touch up for another person too. She did an incredible job on all of us, while also laughing and keeping me calm in the process. I wish I had regular reasons to get my hair & makeup done professionally, so that I can hire Krista all the time!
