Moving into an apartment was a first for my husband and I. As soon as we met with Tonya the tension was gone. A little hiccup at the start due to us wanting to move a couple days before the the first. However so far, I am happy to say in my opinion the personnel have been professional and very helpful to get us in a little sooner. The place is clean, in good working order and safe. Great Service by Dave. Everything he said he would do he has done. They are accessible, quick to respond and clearly have the tenants cares and needs as a priority. Have experienced a couple of bad experiences before but Ground Floor Property is by far the best.

Our family moved from Saskatchewan to New Brunswick. We were in a rush to find a rental quick as Airbnb was not working out for us. We visited Moncton for a day and contacted Ground Floor for a viewing for a property in Dieppe. This was a short notice request, but we were surprised on how quickly they were able to accommodate our request. The process for the application was very quick. After viewing the property on a Thursday we were able to move in the following week. Fast forward, rented for 9 months and we decided to buy our home. There was a bit of headache with the move out process, but we were very impressed with how the staff at Ground Floor handled our concerns and their willingness to find a solution that was fair for both parties.

Excellent service and very quick to help with any changes. Looked at 3 apartment buildings, went with ground floor because of the service and helpful attitude towards clients highly recommend
