Very rude man! Was saying what I needed. He interrupted, says he charges 100 for airport trip, I said 'What?' He hung up.

Very rude over the phone. Says they offer airport transport and when I called was like no and immediately hung up the phone.

Good pricing and convenient.

Terrible customer service. I gave up using their service during my call to reserve a seat. Their rep on the other side of the line is either extremely rude to non-native English speakers or was having a really bad day. Not sure how this company is still in the market if that's how they treat their customers.

Highly highly do not recommend booking with this company under any circumstances. They practice poor business and are only looking for money and will do anything to obtain it. Complete lack of customer service and respect for their potential clients. I'm only writing this review to warn others from not booking or using this service as you'll be disappointed! There are many other transportation options in Prince George, please look in to them first before here.
