walking in to this store to buy new shoes and i will say first off Customer services was terrible, the guy completely ignored me when i want to request a shoe size and only paid attention to his friends in the store.i then asked another lady and she rolled her eyes at me and made a apoint to let me know that she was not happy i asked her to help me.i would recommend anywhere else but here to buy your gear

If I could I would rate them negative stars. Horrible customer experience here, I called the store to ask if they had a specific product because this product is very popular and tends to sell out both in store and online. When I spoke with the associate he sounded very rude, stuck up and had a lot of attitude. He didn’t bother to help me and cut the phone with a bad attitude. Horrible customer experience, clearly the associate didn’t know what good customer service stands for.

I came to the store to try to buy a matching pair of Nike’s to my son. The girl working told me they do not have them and walked away. I had to go to another employee and ask if they have them or can order them for me. I was told every nike store is independently owned. Not sure how that helps me get matching shoes to my som. I will never go into that store again. Worst service i have seen in a long time. Sad to see how some employees just dont care. Good luck not going out of buisness

Prices were jacked up and then discounted. How does a regular price of a shoe increase by 30% in 2 days and then discounted 20%.Common guys be genuine; its the holiday season.... put some deals out that make sense.

Terrible service, and I went to buy some shoes for someone and the pair they brought out were clearly worn and put back. One of the employees made a joke about it in the background. I also tried calling and the phone just rings and rings , no answer.

We popped by here on this rainy Sunday to buy shoes for my girls. Great customer service! We went into Foot Locker first to do some shoe shopping and no one there even looked at us (horrible service) so we came here. The moment we walked in here they helped us find the shoes we wanted and we were in and out (as a guy shoppings not really my thing so I liked this lol). Amazing service, cool vibe even for this old timer lol. Cheers Nike!

Can’t believe my experience at this store, I come to grab dunks for my little brother and get questioned the whole time about who I’m buying for like I’m being interrogated for some reason and then when they finally give me the shoe I tried to get PST exemption cause my lil bro is 13 and they tell me he has to be there or I need to bring his ID to prove his age???? Why do I need to do any of that, I’ve never been asked for that much information on my brother when trying to get 1 tax, the form doesn’t even ask for anything but his name and the rest is my informationNot to mention other people were being denied the dunks because they were resellers apparently, so crazy never gonna bother with this place never had a problem at Footlocker or Champs, that crazy manager crew did not know what was going on!
