Absolutely love it in there. They always welcome us with a smile, and each staff member is very patient. They are so willing to help when I come in even if its just for a latte while I'm carrying my toddler Charlotte. Rany is also very knowledgeable and was a huge help when I needed it for my daughter's prescription.

Rany is so knowledgeable, helpful, caring and kind. He really cares about everyone’s health which is quite refreshing. He also greets you right away and treats everyone equally, with the utmost respect. I don’t need to go in every day at a pharmacy or gift shopping level but I do go in to get my cup of Starbucks, a smile and a chat. The selection is great and he orders items in promptly if needed as well as a really cute gift section. Great service, great atmosphere, great knowledge! I highly recommend Northern Drugs!

So thankful for Northern Drugs, not only can i get my faveourite drink without travelling an hour and a half, the staff is also extremly friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to our community

After grabbing a few lattes at the self serve Starbucks centre and having conversations with Rany, I knew we had to switch pharmacy’s! He was very knowledgeable about breastfeeding safe medicine when I had a cold, AND he even asked if he could call in a day or so to check in to see if the medicine was working! Loved the small town customer service from him. (He remembers your name when you walk in as well!) Definitely recommend. 10/10

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Pharmacist/Northern Drugs owner Rany a few months ago. Last night, Friday December 23, I was having a minor medical emergency and was in need of a couple of my prescriptions and unfortunately, I was out of both. Although it was after hours on a Friday night, 2 days before Christmas, and the pharmacy was closed Saturday (Christmas Eve), I took a chance and reached out to Northern Drugs via email. Almost immediately, I received a personalized response along with a phone call. Rany informed me that he was leaving town first thing Saturday morning but happily offered to stop by the pharmacy to fill my prescription and to deliver it to my home on his way out of town!!! I was honestly in awe of this offer. Saturday morning, true to his word, he filled the prescription and I was all set. Not to sound dramatic, but it was a small Christmas miracle for me. With this type of customer service and commitment, Rany and Northern Drugs will be my prescription provider for many years to come. Happy Holidays Rany and thank you once again.
