From design to install the process was fantastic and the prices very competitive, even during the COVID price hikes.Excellent Customer service meant they did what they said they would do, they communicated any changes and they were always available when I reached out. The crew that installed my exterior doors were personable, fast and efficient. The crew installing the siding were professional and yet fun to interact with, they took feedback and used it to make my experience as amazing as possible. We had a great experience with Pickles. Laura was very friendly and insightful during the quoting process, she worked with us to find a solution that fit our budget. Pickles did come in a bit higher than average during the quote process, but were offering superior quality products compared to the other quotes. Installation was incredibly well done, Mike and Luke are obviously very skilled at their trade. They were respectful when working in our home leaving very little clean up for us to do. We had 4 windows and 2 doors all replaced within a day. I highly recommend Pickles Home Exteriors, we will be using them again once it's time to do our remaining windows and doors. My experiences with the Pickles Home Exteriors Team have far exceeded my expectations! From the many conversations originally with Randy deciding on what type of windows would be best for me, to the measuring and installation by Josh and Jordan and their team, it was simply the best! The whole team is always very polite, friendly and professional, showing up on time and delivering the highest quality of work. I originally had 8 windows put in a couple of years ago, then had a home break in recently that required an additional window and sliding door replaced but also needed some securing in the meantime. I called Pickles and Laura was amazing at calming my nerves and Jordan came out that day to screw the frames in place. Laura worked with me in the showroom finalizing the details on the new windows and sliding door, clearly explaining my options. I only have 2 more windows and a door to change and know I will use Pickles Home Exteriors Team. I tell everyone I know looking for new windows/doors or exteriors to contact Pickles Home Exteriors!

Ordered a new sliding patio door and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office staff kept us up to date on shipping timelines from their suppliers and when the two gentlemen came to install it they were fast, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Pickles team for any of the renovation services they provide.

Found really good reviews for this company. I called so many times trying to get a quote. They gave my contact information to a 3rd party contractor instead (former employee who is trying to make his own company). Called again for a quote from Pickles and have been ghosted. Not cool.

We did our front bow window last month and the price was great compared to the other guys around town. Installers showed up when they said they would and were great guys. Very polite and professional. But most importantly, the product is great quality and the install and all the finishes were done just as I would do them myself. Don't hesitate to use these guys. I'll be using them again in the future.

We're very happy with the doors and the help we got from Dave. He really worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and I'm really very happy and grateful. I was also pleased with Andrew and Colin who did the install. They were friendly and polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well, which I really appreciate. I wish I had more windows and doors because I would definitely hire them again.
