Wonderful service. We had almost blown a tire and needed some help. The team here took us in right away and helped us get the donut on super fast. They didn’t have a replacement set in stock but helped us locate one in Penticton so that we wouldn’t have to ride the donut too long. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service, friendly team and efficient results. Like many stories we pulled in due to a screw in our tire. It wasn’t long before they closed and we were trying to beat bad weather back to Vancouver. Robert (I hope I remembered that right!) was amazing and fixed the tire and we were back on the road in 30min. Everyone was so friendly, especially to our enormous dog. Even the conversations we overheard inside were friendly and fun… a great atmosphere.

Broke a valve stem on way to Whipsaw and the team at Kal tire were able to fix both my tires in minutes!!! They totally could of made me wait, but they accommodated me asap so I could enjoy my weekend.Thank you, Kal Tire Princeton

We hit a huge pothole just outside Princeton and bent the rim badly on my car. Stopped at kal tire in Princeton looking for a rim. Within 10 minutes kyle had my rim fixed up and had me on my way. Both people were so friendly and helpful. Great job.

Incredibly amazing service. Hands down. We came into town with brake issues about 10 minutes before they closed for the day and they took the time to take my wheels off and look at my car so we could figure out what to do. It needed brakes and they were able to get the parts first thing for when they opened the next day and fit us right in. We were safely on our way within an hour or so. I'm very impressed with the next level customer service I received at this Princeton location, I would recommend them to anyone.

Super friendly front desk. I had a nail in one of my tires, and was in a hurry to drive back to Vancouver. They did their best to squeeze me into their already overbooked schedule, fixed my tire ($36 total), and I was able to be back on the road within one hour. It's just amazing!
