We have just received the play set including swing slide and monkey bar. My kids are so happy and we are looking forward to have a good quality time for kids in the backyard. As I just got it can't say any pros or cons, but definitely a good product that can bear weight compare to other regular playset. and the 10 years warranty is a big peace of mind as a parent. Had a hassle free delivery and installation.

From the moment I called Nick to inquire about playgrounds, to the moment it was installed, my experience with Funscapes was excellent. Nick was extremely patient as I asked a plethora of questions about safety, configurations, and install. We made sure to order our playground late winter so the kids had it set up by the summer. They play on it almost every day! The playground was a little pricier than others we saw online, but it was worth it just for the quality, beauty and peace of mind (looks like it’ll last long, even as the adults play). Highly recommend if in your budget!

I was very surprised. When ordering something especially so important for our Child. With all that is going on today in the world around us. Funscapes just gets it right! Everything from Ordering - Delivery - Assembly. Just went perfect. Every staff person I spoke to, and I spoke to over 4 staff members. All put the customer and order in high priority. Great experience dealing Nicholas and the rest of the team. Kids love the playset and we were very happy with the customer service. When I initially picked up the playset there was a piece missing that I didn't realize until a few days later. I reached out to Nick and he had the issue resolved almost immediately.Highly recommend

Bought a Dreams 5 backyard swing set and everyone is happy. The construction looks and seems well put together. My kids love the swings that go really high. The slide is super fast and it came with a picnic table. The playhouse is where I hang out. Its also got monkey bars and a rope ladder. We are all very happy with this purchase and the kids actually use it. Thanks Nicholas for your help. Definitely would recommend.

When we decided to install a backyard gym for our grandchildren we found Funscapes online. From our initial call with Nick we were sold. We valued his expertise and opinions on what type of gym would best fit our needs. Our installation went smooth and on time. We needed a few minor repairs and Nick was on top of providing quick and efficient service. Since purchasing our gym we have added a few additional peices and once again Nick's service and follow up made our experience a great one!!!!
