I had Titans replaced the shingles of my house nine years ago. I chose their company over their opponents because I was amazed by Shawn's profession, communication skills and genuineness. I recommended Titans to my neighbors and friends after his team did a wonderful job.Few days ago, one of the shingles of my house was blown off because of the terrible gale. I contacted Shawn. He was very patient to explain the possible reasons, put me in an urgent queue, quickly made an arrangement to repair it. Unfortunately an overnight snow made the roof invisible on the scheduled day, one day before Christmas and forced the delay of the repair. Shawn comforted me and promised to repair after the Christmas. I never expected his technicians could show off on Sunday, the Boxing day to repair the roof. His team members were hardworking and easy to communicate. Another fantastic job was done!I was deeply touched. I feel Titans really put their customers first, communicates well with customers and solves the problems as soon as possible. Thus, I'd like to continue to recommend Titans to whoever wants to have a peaceful mind of their roofs. Thank you very much and wish Titans all the best in 2022!

Had insulation blown in to our attic. It was quick and clean. They did a great job. Icy roof conditions made it impossible to install vents on the north side of our roof that day but they came back soon after during a thaw and installed the vents.

Titan shingled our roof about 10 years ago. They did a great job because we haven't lost a shingle in all the storms we've had. Recently, I had them come out to replace the boots around the roof vents. During the inspection Richard commented that the attic insulation and venting was in need of an upgrade. Price was fair and all work was done quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend Titan.

Richard came to our house and did a thorough assessment of our attic -noticing things (like holes in our roof and attic floor!) that two previous companies had not commented on. They were able to provide a full solution for our attic. Other companies wanted to just blow in insulation without offering any options for ventilation (our house was built-in 1930 so it is more complicated). They added 4 new vents, repaired some roofing issues, added a solar fan, as well as the blown in insulation. Richard and Chaise came on the scheduled day and did a great job, getting everything finished, cleaning up behind them, getting the required pictures so we could apply for energy rebates. All in all a great experience, hands-down recommend.

Titans RoofWorks performed a complete roof replacement on our house. (ice + water shield in all valleys and eaves, underlayment, and drip edge)(Install July 2022). After reviewing several quotes I decided to choose Titans RoofWorks to replace our old and deteriorating shingle roof. Richard quickly reached out and scheduled an appointment to assess the condition of the roof. Richard was very pleasant to deal with and explained exactly how the job will be done. He also inspected the attic to ensure that there was no issues related to the roof. I was also equally impressed with Shawn's professionalism, communication skills and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Shawn also helped pick the right shingle color and product line from CertainTeed shingles (CertainTeed Landmark AR Weathered Wood) in addition to all the required color coordinated roofing accessories. (maximum vents, chimney flashing and metal valleys). Peter and the crew truly did an amazing job with the roof. (The best looking roof in the neighborhood!!). They worked hard, they where organized and they kept the perimeter of the house clean as they removed the shingles (no throwing the shingles off the roof from all sides of the house)(old shingles removed went straight in the garage bin) and did not rush the job. In all the years in the construction industry I haven't seen a roof installed with so much care and attention to detail. We had roof installed by Titans Roofworks this summer. Richard was friendly and very professional, he inspected the attic and gave us some good suggestions. The installers worked very hard, and did very good job. I would recommend Titans RoofWorks for anyone who plans to replace roofs.

Richard with Fannatics was great. Him and his friendly crew completed our attic insulation (including a vapour barrier) in less than four hours. Afterwards, it was like nothing had happened as our home and driveway was left quite neatly. Now, it’s a lot toastier on our second floor and appears we are having to use the heating less.

Titans repaired our skylight a couple years ago and did a great job, so we brought them back in to do our roof as well. We called around for a couple different quotes, but Titans was by far the quickest to respond with getting an estimate and installation date. Their pricing was comparable to the competition and offered they offered the best quality installation/shingle, which in the end is worth the most to us.
