The Parkway Crew has been servicing my Mitsubishi Fuso for the past several years now. Every time I bring my truck into the shop it comes back to me running better than before. Big trucks are expensive to run and expensive to fix. I always feel that the communication is great, and that before doing anything major it is run by me with the options that we have. I am extremely happy with the service and will continue to bring my truck here. Thanks for keeping me on the road!

The driver was experienced, professional & polite.He was able to manouvre the my over sized truck into a tricky & tight spot. I was impressed.The dispatcher was professional & polite as well. Kept me up to date as to when the tow truck would arrive.I do recommend and will use their services again!

Took my Ford Escape in for a service and checkover. The service manager Pat was very informative and explained all the work that was done, as well as the work that should be done but could wait. Very grateful for the knowledge that these local guys gave me and I will be sure to call them next time I need a tow or a car repair.

So thankful they are so close and convenient. We have them do all our vehicle maintenance. They squeeze us in with an emergency, or we make an appointment for routine repairs. Always super satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!

The driver of one of vehicles cut off a few people today while driving and was not driving overly safe. Can’t drive safe with no car on the back, why trust them with your car on the back.

We had been fixing our fleet of vehicles at dealers since our start in 2003. We were referred to Parkway Towing because they work on large trucks and we had a moving truck. In 2009, after many years of happy service with our moving truck we took all of our fleet to Parkway Towing. We take both our personal vehicles and company trucks. Parkway Towing has saved us lots of money. They fix only what is necessary, are very friendly and our vehicles are quickly back on the road. I would highly recommend the Parkway crew for anyone how owns a vehicle out of warranty.

My 40 foot boat trailer lost both wheels and broke its rear of my triple axle.It was such a nightmare that I was ready to throw away my trailer and buy a new one for 20k.Pat and the boys at parkway crew fixed the unfixable without having to remove my boat. They charged a fair price and were very patient with me taking some extra time to remove my boat off their lot when they had no room to begin with (please dont do the same).I highly recommend their honest , reliable service. They saved the day for me big time.
