The guy took our reservation and yelled at us because we were 3 min late and refused to honor it because we waited for a guy ahead of us to finish talking before coming up to talk to him. He clearly never reserved a room for our party and expected us to be ok with a tiny room instead of what he promised. And the place stinks of urine.

Really cool and underground karaoke place. They got an updated and extensive catalog from different countries! The staff’s super friendly and attentive, i definitely recommend this place

We went a couple of months ago and honestly they are bad- bad service, and they will rip you off any chance you get. My bf gave them cash and they didn’t return the change at all and pretended that they didn’t have it anymore lolAlso their song book is really outdated and their furniture is sticky

Hung out with about 10 people and although it was tight, was great for our group. They have a mini bar (little pricey) at front, but it's cash only (they do have an atm with $3 fee). Good selection of tunes and the audio was decent. Fun lighting also. Good for what it is.

This place is a joke..we made a reservation, which they did not honour. The man working at the time started shouted at me because we were late…but we weren’t late, there was a queue at the door. Anyway, we left and found a place next door. This place also smells like urine. I hope this business goes under.

We made a reservation for 11pm, arrived on time, waited for someone to finish with the front desk, stepped up to the counter at 1105 and were told our reservation was canceled because we were late, despite the fact that we were looking at the man since 11pm, and no one else had come in. The place also stinks awfully. Don't know what to say except avoid this establishment.

This place is good for closing soon. They should end buisiness. They are scammers and crooks. They stole us, charged us 60$ for one hour with the promise of having a good price on alcohol.Once time came to buy alcohol, the dude at the front was trying to charge us 35$ for soju bottle and 20$ per beer can.Also, the dude was taking money off the cashing machine and putting it in his pocket. You stole your friend's buisiness? Unworthy/untrustworthy employee. He always tried to fight us. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED.
