John helped us with new flooring in our condo in spring 2019. He took a lot of time to help us navigate the myriad options available, since we had never done this before. We appreciated that he was careful to determine what was important to us and honoured that by searching his suppliers to find the right match. Pete did a beautiful job of installing - edges are seamless and transition heights minimal with nothing to trip over. The job took some time but the quality and end result was well worth it.

4.5 years ago we ordered 11 top down, bottom up blinds, as well as a large sun shade roller blind. We paid about $3500-$4000 for all of It, installation included. I have not regretted this decision for a second. We use these blinds every day. We have dogs and kids, and the blinds still look new. I was concerned about having two sets of cords per blind, but with command hooks instead of the hooks provided, they are easy to hang out of the kids reach, and no holes are left in our wood trim. We have not used our roller shade much since purchase, because we have a tree shading the house. However, with the CUSTOM pole and hook, it has been easy to open and close when we have used it. I want to mention that the installer went out of his way to go to the hardware store to find a solution to our unique needs. The roller blind is up high and we had problems figuring out how to open and close it.I have also purchases flooring and instead myself. John was very supportive, and gave advice with the installation.John has always been great to deal with. He is friendly, I trust his opinion completely, and most of all he is honest. I recently visited his store in Cayuga and had the pleasure of dealing with his daughter. She was also fantastic to deal with and I look forward to working with both of them again to complete our current renos.UPDATE:9 years old, and our blinds are STILL amazing. Absolutely no failures, they still look great, and we still comment between ourselves that it was one of the best purchasing decisions we've made.

We recently had our stairs redone in a beautiful vinyl full tread with melamine risers. It is such a nice upgrade from the mediocre berber that was on there before and also makes the surrounding area have a much classier ambience! As you would suspect with a family business the costumer service is great. We did all of the window coverings in the house. John came to the house with samples and spent a lot of time with us until we picked the blinds. The installation was professional and friendly.We are really pleased with the result. The blinds changed the atmosphere of the home. It's amazing what the right window treatments can do for the house.We are really pleased with the service and the result.
