I had my 68rfe transmission in my 2012 Ram rebuilt by Summit last month. Rob was a great guy to deal with and provides great information and well priced options. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the right steps to take to rebuild my transmission to make it reliable at the power level I plan to run without overspending on additional parts that I wouldn't see much benefit from.The transmission is shifting and driving better than new and the new low stall torque converter recommended by Rob feels great, puts down the power well, and has smoother lockup than the stock converter.I highly recommend Rob and his team!

Where you go to get your gears right

Rob was excellent to deal with in having our sprinter van transmission rebuilt. He was very honest and his price came within budget. Highly recommend!

Paid top dollar for what I thought was a great build, first time transmission lets go after 15000km take it back broken band in transmission, got it back from Rob and it lasted another 5000km, cracked torque converter faulty weld not Rob’s fault, third time 10000km later band breaks again due to hard shifting issue he says is normal, paid for updates shafts and other upgraded this time around, into the transmission for almost 9000 dollars at this point, made it another 8000km and the billet input shaft breaks in the transmission, not even driving the truck hard, finally took it else where and work was done incorrectly and cheap parts were used, overall friendly guy but the work quality is just not there

Rob is one of the top transmission guys in the lower mainland. Has been doing it for a long time. He's a pleasure to deal with, unbeatable work, for a great price and he had my truck back in a few days.Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.Too bad I wont be visiting in the near future, as I have a beautifully built transmission now ;)
