We have utilized PCB for multiple cargo shipments originating from abroad without issue even during COVID. As a new importer, they have guided us through the process and have provided solid advice which has minimized delays. Thanks PCB.

A usurious company that does not do the work, but they take your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!We used PCB to ship equipment from Europe to Canada and they caused over $100,000 CAD in damages. When it was brought to their attention that the damage was caused due to improper loading procedures, and even though we purchased the additional insurance PCB recommended, they are refusing to cover the full amount of the damages!Also - they delayed shipping and demanded a significant portion of the costs of shipping upfront!!

We had a bad experience with PCB Freight Management Ltd.. We are import company. We are thought they would be a good company to use for importing . 1st problem they want the money before doing anything , then once they have the money they told us they repeatedly could not booked the boat for over a month . After we complained they offer the refund which we took .2nd problem their accountant couldn't do a bank transfer (we don't believe accountant don't know how to do money transfer) . It took over a week of trying to no avail . So they decided to Fedex it to us which took 2 days to be pick up and then of course we had to wait another 5 days for the cheque to clear. We lost a lot money .
