There great people and the doctors are the best in Canada!! But so unorganized and unprofessional! They make people run all around hamilton to find a shoppers that’s open and will give you your meds! I know someone who’s been going there for 12 month and they still mess his script up and make him run around! I wish they cared more about the patients and not so much when there getting off work!

I've been going to oatc for a while, I've been to at least a hand full of locations (Hamilton, North York, Keswick, Bracebridge, Newmarket, Brampton). Some are better than others. Prince and Lashawna (sp?) are without a doubt the kindest people I've come across. They're friendly, non judgemental, and my 14 month old son loves to see them! ❤️ Give these folks a raise!

Because my dr. Platzker was persrcibing me lyrica for the past year but i have not needed it cause of the methadone that i have been taking for a back injury that is affecting my L4L5S1 he learned that i started seeing a pain clinic they did a procedure on me radio frequency ablation and my leg spasms are coming back and dr.platzker has cancled my persciption says they are addictive but Ive had the perscription at rexal for the past year!!!

The girls at this clinic have made my recovery possible. I love how real they are . They have never made me feel down about my real screw ups and really care and give you the best advise and help they can I would 100 % recommend this clinic

Staff is amazing,very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, they give you the tools to succeed and you feel the support that you need in order to start living life again. I would recommend the OATC on Main and Tisdale to anyone looking for help with addictions.
