Two nightmare experiences with this company. Tiles delivered damaged both times. No ownership of issue by the company. refused to deal with it. Stall and delay and did nothing. Promises of a refund that never materializes. Good luck if you have any issues. Worst customer service from our 9 years in the business. When you're paying premium prices, one should expect a vendor that stands behind their product. Spend your money elsewhere
