I joined Skaha Ford in their track day! Not only did the owner of the dealership specifically have time to chat and tell me about the event, their mechanic helped me get my car fixed and out on the track so I could enjoy the day! If the people who work there that I met are any indication of the service and quality I would receive upon entering their dealership, I would recommend anyone to Skaha Ford!

We test drove a used all electric vehicle at Skaha Ford today with the help of product specialist Roman. Roman was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Even though the vehicle was another make (not Ford), he was able to do a great job pointing out key features. No dealership fees were added to the cost of the car (just tax and documentation fee). Our overall experience at this dealership was much better than at others we have been to recently. Would definitely recommend.

Great service friendly people and very professional. Covered absolutely all my wants and needs. Shout out for Roman for delivering great service since I walked in the door to this current day. I had a Subaru before I got a ford and the customer service at Subaru garbage compared to fords. Highly recommend this dealership.

The staff at Skaha Ford were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to provide my family and business a functional 2022 F150 XLT at a surprisingly affordable rate, with the personal touch of leather seats, spray Bedliner, undercarriage and tonneau cover. I/we are very happy with this purchase and loved that a dealership in our city could provide such a great experience when purchasing a new vehicle.

What an excellent experience!As a person in the hospitality industry, I am very particular about service, the service was excellent. They were very accommodating and they made sure that our vehicle was 100%. Our sales rep Matthew Harrington was great. When we came into the dealership we told him what we were looking for and as soon as an ideal vehicle came in he was on the phone with me, thank goodness, we got an excellent deal. It was really the best experience I've had, as far as dealerships go. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and nobody was pushy. But one person stood out from all the rest, and that was Roman. He listened to what I was saying and worked with my budget to find the best vehicle to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend anyone visit Skaha Ford and ask for Roman, exclusively!
