There are not enough good words to say about Walter. His professionalism and quality of work went far above my expectations. Walter made my dream closet come true on our tight timeline. He was on time, courteous, and made sure I got everything I wanted…and it looks AMAZING!! Already preparing my next job to bring Walter in for.

Walter cared that we got what we wanted! He restored our century old hardwood floors exactly as we asked. He reviewed with us what we wanted. Described exactly what we would see when we came home. We left for the week and came back to exactly what he promised. Walter communicates clearly and is very precise. He took before and after pictures. He sent us a daily update. He took the time to find a place that would custom cut Douglas fir boards to replace the ones that needed replacing. 10/10 experience.

Walter somehow hits the perfect balance of professionalism, relatability and being very personable. He always made sure to meet me halfway giving clear communication and help me understand everything. Not once did he make me feel like a question or suggestion I had was dumb or unusual.He would go out of his way to layout tiles, paints and counter-top styles and walk WITH me through what would look best.I wish all trades I've delt with in the past would take notes from Overall Home.
