Field Day B&B

We book this place 4 months before a wedding, 3 weeks before the date they call us and cancel our reservation. Not many other options in the area that aren't already booked. Super unprofessional, don't trust that they'll honour their commitments!

We just returned from a fabulous weekend at this beautiful historic B & B. The host are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area as well as things to do and places to go. The hot home made breakfasts were amazing! The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. There were also 2 separate communal areas where you could hang out, relax, play cards, etc. It felt like being at home only grander. We came for a wedding this time but we will be back to enjoy the wonderful hospitality and to explore the area.

Stayed at Field Day B&B for a week while doing work in the area. Brian and Kate were incredible hosts. The breakfast they provided for us each day was fantastic, and they even gave us tupperware containers to take leftovers for our lunches.The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and private. The town is quiet overnight, so it was very easy to get a good night's rest. We had our own bathroom that was of the highest quality, with a lovely shower and separate bathtub. They also provide a small fridge, coffeemaker and some wine glasses.Staying at Field Day was convenient, comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This special B&B is probably one of the most lovliest places I've ever stayed.Located in the charming little town Millbrook, surrounded by soothing forests this victorian mansion is surely a place to relax body, mind and soul.It was not easy for me to get out of the canopy bed as sleeping in there felt like being hugged by a cloud, but getting up is definitely worth it as the variation of breakfast is huge and absolutely delicious! Moreover, you choose as a guest when you want to have breakfast, very convenient!Also, do not miss out a calming bath in the gorgeous victorian bath tub. Turns into a home spa at night!If you want to get into art, take one of Kate's art workshops. I've never painted with oil, nor acyrlics before, but Kate was really good in explaining the basics to me and I had so much fun!Hopefully I'll be able to come back one day to visit this hidden gem in Millbrook!Thank you Kate and Brian for making my stay far more than convenient!

This place is serene and a labor of love. The art, the decor and the calm embracing spirit of the proprietors is unmatched. The paint class? Awesome! The owner shows you a process for painting and you leave with a wonderful memory of something you created and learn in the meantime. This is a diamond in Millbrook

This bed and breakfast is a hidden gem in Millbrook. We were planning on going to Peterborough and thought we would try this instead. If you love Victorian you will love this restored heritage house. The decor is beautiful with a mixture of modern and vintage and the place is very clean. There were a lot of extra freebies and the breakfast was amazing. The hosts really care about your stay 5 stars for this place :)

Wow I can not say enough about this amazing b&b .The home is worth check out the service was amazing. Very freindly host .Beds were very comfortable and hot tub felt great .The breakfast was out of this world.If your looking for a day or two away to relax give them a call you will be thinking like I am today I want to go back .enjoy your stay I know I did
