Let me start by saying we have a beautiful healthy little girl who is now a year old, however, our experience with Repromed was incredibly difficult. There is a lack of communication and organization between staff that I personally felt was taken out on patients, and a major lack of compassion and kindness by some nurses, not all, one RN Dianne was by far the most difficult to deal with, condescending, rude and made the experience more uncomfortable than it already is. I had spoken to Dr. Dal Valle on the phone one time and then saw him on egg retrieval day, he walked into the room, I was already in stirrups, he had a male resident,he did not introduce himself or the resident, this is just really poor and inappropriate practice in my mind. I did voice all my concerns to Dr. Dal Valle prior to being discharged from their care and back over to my OB. He was receptive and did apologize. I am thrilled with our outcome but would not use this clinic again. I waited quite some time to write this so it was not written out of anger and sadness. If you choose to use this clinic I would recommend doing all your homework to understand the process, it is both emotionally, financially and physically draining, find out what medications you can get at your own pharmacy and check out their prices vs Repromed prices, find out who can come to the appt a with you, when you will go back to the care of your OB, confirm appts, I showed up several times and while patient services knew of my appt nursing did not. Good luck out there.

I will never go to this clinic again. They definitely don't respect people's time, they're always late and really don't care if the client/patient waits for over 1 hour for a BOOKED appointment. I had to go to the clinic around five times before my procedure and none of them were on time. It's ridiculous! The receptionists are rude and almost impolite with the patients; they're really awful. The nurses are good though. I saw the doctor only on the day of my procedure and he was ok, nothing special but no complaints. Honestly, overall I would definitely look for another clinic.

Don't waste your time at this office, specifically with Dr. Del Valle - he told me I need to go for donor eggs as this is my only option, yet I was able to get pregnant naturally only 2 months after I spoke to him. All the tests I've done at this office for which I've paid for (except AMH) were free at another clinic.

I being trying to communicate with the clinic for over 3 days, I have left a voicemail and no one has got back to me, I suppose to do my 3 day monitoring, even though Dr Del Valle is a wonderful Dr the office employees are terrible. I would love to do all my stuff with him but I’ve had so many bad experiences. I’m sorry for the Dr because he deserves better review but I’m not ever going back or even try to do anything there. These appointments are important for us and going thru IVF is not an easy or cheap experience. Hope they get a better staff so other woman doesn’t have to go thru the same situation.

I can't thank this clinic enough for making my dreams come true! Not only do I have my son because of them but I'm now possibly pregnant with #2. Their staff is very compassionate, caring and efficient. Thank you to Dr. Chong and Dr. Del Valle for both my FETs, and Nurse Cristina who was the nurse present at both my FETs who helped comfort me when I was nervous. And thank you to the whole team for always being responsive, compassionate and reassuring. You are all amazing!

Pushing donor eggs when repeatedly mentioned that this is not an option I’m considering. Was told donor eggs or adoption was my only option when I was previously told I am a candidate for IVF. It looks like they don’t want to take “difficult” cases. Didn’t even evaluate me to determine this but based it on information I told him of my health history which I found completely appalling. At least reach your own conclusions by doing the tests. Also, they call you when they need to get a hold of them but you have to email them if you want to reach them. Would not recommend.

Zero bedside manner and compassion. Didn’t explain anything. Not clean. Over an hour wait. Zero follow up. Provided no information on the steps even though I kept asking. Asked for my records and only gave partial had to follow up on the one I paid $600 for. No information on what to do to prepare for each step provided - had to keep asking for it. Apparently do not have technology to follow up for appointment and send information on what to do to prepare. I wouldn’t trust this place with one of the most important things in your life

Most amazing experience! The team was wonderful and I was very pleased with their professionalism. It only took one round to conceive my son through IVF, thanks to the expert knowledge of Dr. Del Valle.
