After using my previous carpet cleaner for 25 years on my own home and rentals, they are retiring and I needed a new cleaner. I read the Google reviews and tried this company, and I'm so glad I did!They answered the phone right away, scheduled me quickly, had excellent communication both via text and email and called me when they got to the property to discuss concerns and give options. Their charges were exactly what they quoted me - no bait and switch like some other companies I have used!They did an AMAZING job on some really really dirty tenant carpets and made the carpets look almost new. I can't recommend them enough and I'm so thankful to have found them! 10 stars!

Mark did truly amazing job on our basement carpet that we were not sure would be salvageable. Not only did he get tough stains including pet stains out, he left it looking brand new. As a bonus he is a super nice and honest man. I highly recommend Mark!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner is very professional and did an excellent job. The price is very fair and reasonable. Communication was also excellent. He cleaned some carpet, and you can see the before and after in the picture. He also cleaned tile and grout floor. The floors are like brand new again. Highly recommend!

Mark is a stain remover genius! SLIME is some of the most awful stuff and it was all over our chair along with tough water stains from a home “stain remover”. The cream color chair looks brand new, all stains removed! Mark didn’t give up and I could tell he really cared about a job well done. He was right on time, courteous and friendly. I also SUPER appreciated his responsiveness (all done via text!) and ability to quickly make and fulfill an appointment. Thank you Mark!

Mark and his wife showed up right on time and were meticulous about ensuring all the carpets in my house were perfectly cleaned! The rate that was charged for the work that was done was very, very reasonable in my opinion. On top of that, Mark and Christina were super fun to chat with while they worked! I learned a lot from Christina. I will definitely be hiring them again the next time my carpets need to be cleaned.

Top notch. Our doggie had an accident on our carpet so we had to have it cleaned. We decided to also have our carpeted stairs and landings cleaned at the same time. I called Cleanstarr on a Sunday and Mark returned my call the same day. We discussed the situation, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate, and he was able to schedule us in for the following Wednesday. When he arrived we went over the whole project area (he even found a few dog pee stains we didn't know about) and he quoted me a final price that we agreed on before he started the work. He was very friendly and communicative, and best of all, our carpets and stairs look great! Highly recommended.
