Happy to live here.Kind and great staff. Pat and Rod always work hard for cleaning the building, and Adam provides the notices information really quickly. Thanks so much for their work. It’s a friendly community and everyone who lives here are nice.Location is really convenient.Close to Stoneroad mall, Walmart and Metro. It is easy to get what you need.

Adam, Pat and Rob are the best . The building is so clean and beautifully maintained. They respond quickly and with absolute efficiency. They are warm and very kind, and very friendly. I have never seen this level of greatness in16 years. we have been here.

We finally have a great maintenance staff in our building, (120 Old Carriage Dr. Kitchener) things are getting done. A shout out to Tristan and Jasmine, very pleasant and personable, never to busy to say hello. Keep up the good work guys.

this is the worst building management in Hamilton. Trying to get a response from management for any kind of apartment matinence could takes months. When they finally show up issues do not get resolved, excuse after excuse gets made or they take the cheapest route and your back to square one in a month or less with the same issues. Not only do they ignore your requests the building is infested with mice roaches and bed bugs. I strongly encourage you to find living elsewhere!!

Since moving in 2 an a half years ago the building hasn't looked so good and very clean Adam n pat are wonderful people there always around to help if you need an response to you right away .They never stop working everytime I look outside pat is always out cleaning an doing the garden the flowers look beautiful. So thankful that they took over the building it looks amazing here thank you Adam,Pat

Since Gwen and bob took over the building I feel heard and less stressed when it comes to dealing with Renting an Apartment here in Edmonton. The changes in the building are noticeable and the upgrades to a higher end living facility are appreciated. They take pride in the building and so do the tenants now. It takes a great team to have a happy building

Really happy living here.Big one bedroom apartment, great staff and everyone who lives here are friendly.Very clean buildings and beautiful garden flowers on the property.Close walking to all stores so it is comfortable and easy to get what you need.

Overall this place isn't half bad to live in when you have the right people on management.I've lived here for almost 5 years and it was nothing but a night mare living here . Over the past year or so though things have really been improving and I'm quite please with Michelle , dexter, jasmine and Tristan. They reply to work orders super fast and do w.e they can to help you out. Thier kindness and appreciation matters.
