Canada Post

Pretty unimpressed with service here today. I showed up at 5 to mail something off quickly to a family member across the country. The hours listed are till 5:15 online but the inner door for services was locked. I knocked on the door and got no answer when i could visibly see a lady on the phone inside. Not pleased with service or proper posting of hours.

Post master Alwyn Howell, likes to think her personal phone calls are priority over customers waiting, she has on more than one incident placed my sensitive mail in others post box and vice versa. I have received other people's employment and Government cheques, parcel notification cards in wrong boxes, parcels shipped wrong - asked for express post shipping / charged for express shipping but my parcel was sent regular mail! All because she doesn't know how to use the equipment or print an address label correctly.I have had people from adjoining towns bring my mail to me because they accidently" recieved it in their post box!Canada post can NOT BE TRUSTED!!"
