This company does not return calls or messages. They refer to a storm causing delays the storm was months ago. I would not trust them try to get a real person on the phone with them.

I was fitted for new irons at Canadian Golf course and decided to proceed with the purchase due to competitive pricing and lead times. I really enjoyed my fitter and felt as though I got the right clubs for me. Unfortunately I purchased the clubs with a promise of a 4 weeks lead time as I had a golf trip 5.5 weeks from that date. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they updated the lead time to 4.5 weeks. It is now 5.5 weeks, I am leaving on my golf trip and the clubs are nowhere in sight. I was told they will ship soon" but am really disappointed. I won't be ordering from them in the future due to poor planning and lead time."

Please remember people this is a small business who cannot answer the phone every time it rings.I was able to email back and forth with Ryan who was extremely helpful and accommodating. He remedied a stock shortage issue and offered viable alternative options for a similar price.I will be shopping with them again 100%

TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY: PLEASE READ AND RECTIFY.Do not order from here. I've ordered from multiple online companies for custom merchandise, and this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen from a company. Website says in business for more than 45 years, so it must be a trusted company. Website also says to expect a few days response due to remote work, which is fine. Except I get no response after more than 1 week, and it literally feels like they only respond when it's clear that I am frustrated and about to cancel the whole thing. Their company expertise proves nothing. Two company golf events were missed and we still have not received our merchandise after 1 month. If they had told us how long it would take to process and fulfill our order, give us updates, and simply communicate like a normal business should, we would have cancelled our order immediately and ordered from another business. They asked about logo size FOUR weeks after placing the order. I ordered on May 24, and on June 15 they got back to me asking about the logo placement and size... On top of that, I've asked multiple times for an expected delivery date and they cannot confirm a date, I am just told it will be done ASAP"

Worst customer service ever!In Feb 2023 I started to assemble a set of Ping G425 irons, hybrids and driver and woods. A total of 13 clubs along with a matching full size bag.A hybrid and 5 irons were ordered from Canadian Pro Shop online. The irons ordered were to be customized with larger grip size and one iron was to be shortened.After a couple weeks my order arrived from Ping in Arizona. Shipped directly to me. NOTHING was customized as ordered on the irons. They came with regular grips and the 8 iron was not shortened.I immediately contacted CAN PRO Online. I figured living in Vancouver, it would be a simple fix. Bring the clubs to an authorized Ping retailer and have it remedied. So many around the city…BUT NO!I was asked to ship the clubs back to Ontario to be repaired. This meant packing up the product and having it shipped back east – I’m in Vancouver - then waiting for the turnaround time to make the repairs and finally having it shipped back. So about one month all in if I was lucky.I stated this option was not acceptable and asked to have the grips and the shaft cut here locally. This would have cost about $100 according to my local golf shop. Its Spring time now and I have 2-3 games booked each week.Neither PING or Can Pro Shop Online would accept this solution I put forth. I was told I only had two options. Send the clubs back or wait for Ping to ship out new grips then deal with it myself. I explained that I had 2 – 3 games booked per week and that losing my clubs for a month was not an option. And given that it was PINGS mistake I wondered why they would not accommodate such a reasonable request for a quick local fix. The shipping costs alone both ways would have been about the same amount.Nothing doing. The response from PING and Can Pro SHOP Online was set. PING would not accommodate a client that just bought 13 high end clubs and CAN PRO SHOP Online would not step up either to make things right. They would only ask PING to ship out replacement grips. Which they did. And it took 2 weeks to arrive. They wouldn’t even splurge for expedited shipping.As a business owner myself, and having previously operated an online retail store for 6 years, I understand that taking care of clients is key for repeat business. And there is NO Argument when you are responsible for a mistake.So I am very angry and disappointed with Ping and CAN PRO SHOP Online. They are quick to take the money, but do not back up with after sale service if something goes awry. And that’s really when customer service counts. Where there is an issue.BEWARE.Had I ordered these clubs from a local shop, the issues would have been dealt with immediately. New grips would have been installed and the 8 iron cut down. At no cost and done within a couple hours while I waited.Wish I could have selected ZERO stars

The worst retail experience I've ever been a part of.Got fitted at the end of March, placed the order and paid for the clubs 2 weeks later. Initially told 3-4 weeks for delivery. Once that passed it was now going to be 5-6 weeks. After that went by I was lucky to get a reply from anyone working there. If they did happen to reply it was never the same person handling the issue. By the time the calendar rolled over on 3 months and still no clubs I cancelled the order altogether. I would definitely recommend not only buying clubs elsewhere but also getting a fitting done somewhere else as the trackman" wasn't even working and didn't provide me any "specs" with regards to the fitting.After some back and forth banter via email they did refund the club purchase as well as the fitting but it wasn't without a fight.What an absolute waste of time

Ordered a Cobra club from them that said shipping at end of January. Messaged them at the end of January to ask for an eta and never got a response. Emailed them again two weeks later asking to cancel the order as Cobra started offering the product for cheaper. They said I can’t cancel as the order is being ready to be shipped but can’t give me an eta or a tracking number.Wait another week and still no information. Tell them I want a refund and to cancel my order and they respond with something unrelated to my request. It’s been another week and still don’t have my club and their support is useless. Would never order another product from this company again.

Order processing can take a bit of time compared with the usual online shopping experience from major retailers. That said, my order was still processed in a relatively timely manner and the new bag was shipped quickly once the order was processed, even arrived ahead of schedule.I inquired about an issue with the order and they were very helpful in resolving my concern.
