Got my broken expansion band replaced with a new leather band.After a few trys sizing Chris completed the job ,all in about 10 minutes.I really appreciate the great service and highly recommend this watch repair service & reasonable price.

Busy but they line was so quick!!!

I purchased a watch from here. Had amazing service by the team in the watch department, had it sized the day I purchased it. Was all amazing. Went back today because I felt the watch was slightly loose after wearing it and again had an amazing greeting while the ladies were super professional. However, there was a different older lady at the watch repair counter that seemed a bit off towards me. She adjusted my bracelet but had slight attitude with a patronizing tone. I didn’t mind until I heard how hard she was striking my watch band. She used way*** more force than needed and had me worried that she was going to damage my watch; which eventually did happen because now my strap has damages on it (scratches) from her service. After giving it back she didn’t even acknowledge me and went back to writing on a notepad she had. I don’t know if it was race driven but made me feel super uncomfortable and low about myself for no reason. Feel upset that I couldn’t give a better review but she definitely made my experience worse. I almost said 2 stars but the ladies in sales were way too amazing to do that but if it wasn’t for this lady, I would say 5 stars.

Fast service and the guy who fixed my watch and replaced the battery was a funny person. I felt like I was sold personality, oh and my watch is fixed :)

2 straight days in a row i am going at this place checking their hours, both the days they closed early i don’t know for what reason. I told the lady there about this thing, and she told me oh that’s the hours of the mall , and this is a separate business, i know that it’s a separate business, but the hours that’s mentioned there are not mall hours.Atleast update your hours, such a waste of my time .

Brought two of my watches in and was told one would need to be sent out to replace the battery as it was a smart watch. Picked up my other watch a few days later (all great). Waited 2 months for my other and called the store with my order number, I was told it wasn't in yet. 4 months later I called again and was told it still wasn't in. I was told I would have to come in and give them my paperwork to fax out to the repair shop. When I arrived I was told it wasn't sent out and that it didn't need to be sent out. The lady at the counter then tested the battery saying it was fine so my watch was broken. Not wanting to wait longer I took it with me to the fossil store which replaced the battery (no repairs needed) and had it back in 2 min working. The battery was just a regular watch battery as well so I'm quite baffled how this store took four months and still couldn't figure out a simple battery replacement. On top of that they damaged the back of my watch opening it.

Brought a Festina watch for a battery replacement and they scratched up the backing on my watch. And when i approached the employee, she explained it was part of the process. I asked if there was a way to fix the scratches and was told there wasn't. Horrible experience and can't believe they don't want to help with the repairs.

Their watch repair service is great, I found them a lot cheaper than jewelry stores downtown.I’m not entirely sure if they are open now due to the pandemic so, owner if you read this...please let us all know!

I went in recently to get a new metal band for my watch. The staff at the repair counter were kind, knowledgable, and very fast. It doesn’t feel right to say the price is “cheap” as it is a quality service and product they provide. Better to say very inexpensive for what you get. I will definitely be back for any future watch repair needs.
