VisaHQ - Passport and Visa Services - Scarborough, ON

I think these guys are not open and upfront with their customers. I used them to get a Zambian visa and it cost me around $600 with shipping to and from Toronto (Washington). Then when i did some research i found that Canadians don't need a visa prior to entry and can get one on entry paying USD 80 on arrival. Why did they not tell be i don't need a visa. This is dishonest and i will NEVER use them again irrespective of the ease of doing business. BAD show VisaHQ. #badvisahq

As China requires quite a lot of supporting documentation to accompany the visa application, it was helpful to have someone who could assist with questions re that additional documentation and the completion of the form itself. I personally dealt with Cherry who was lovely - cheerful, helpful and speedy in responding to my queries.Just received confirmation today that my visa has been approved, 4 business days after receipt at Visa Services, which is excellent.

I applied for Philippines visa and I got it on 7 days it was so fast and easy. They always update me each steps by e-mail . So satisfied with the service and thank you so much for the fast processing.

Had to get a Chinese visa on an urgent basis, tried them out based on reviews but with no other references. Very professionally executed and excellent communication. I had purchased my ticket and counted on them to execute they did not disappoint and worked liked clockwork, picked the passport and headed to the airport.Definitely recommend their service.

Awful service, no one responds to your emails. I applied for a visa to Singapore which takes only about two weeks, but no one from visahq got back to me or told me how long will it take. Would no recommend.

THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PASSPORT. They will avoid answering your question. I have proof. I have called them several times almost everyday, and they avoid your phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you want to ruin your trip. Look at my photo proof. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I saw on one website that Visa HQ was the official organization to process Chinese VISA applications. Well, I arrived at the Chinese Consulate General Office, and they do not know of Visa HQ. The staff told me there are many fake companies who charge money for what I could do on my own. No one has to go through a third party organization to submit Visa applications. So what I paid to Visa HQ, which they made appear like it was the Visa fee, is just for their own (about 140). I had to pay the Visa fee at the Consulate General (about 160 CAD). Plus, Visa HQ still had the old form generated for me, which added to the confusion and resulted in extra printing at the Consulate General office. Thankfully Chinese Consulate General Office staff were helpful in getting my stuff through.My travel companion, unfortunately applied for Korean Visa through Visa HQ. Gave them all the original documents for DOUBLE entry visa. They submitted (by mail, which takes the longest) my friend's application, for SINGLE entry. This has cost us (since we booked flights together) a minimum of 3000 CAD damage, for flight changes and extra Visa application fees. Responses were slow to my friend.NO ONE replaces the Consulate General Office for direct Visa applications. Visa HQ is a scam, irresponsibly taking advantage of first time Visa applicants. Just call the Consulate General offices directly, and most of their websites have easy application form / process information. Do NOT use Visa HQ.

Bloody shame and disgusting!Applied for VISA through VisaHQ and paid their huge fee. Followed up to find the status of my application and was told everytime someone will call back with update. Never ever received a call back. Received my rejected application from BLS because VisaHQ didnt do their job and checked my application before submitting. Called again a week ago and still waiting to hear back. This company seems to me is run by BLS. VisaHQ is the reason BLS literally accepts very few applications to force people to fork over big money. VisaHQ is a scam and sham and only helping BLS folks make even more money so that they continue to not accept applications in person despite people waiting for hours and hours, sometimes for days. The whole operation of VisaHQ and BLS is disgusting and despicable. Too bad Canadian government cannot do anything to shut this practice down. Indian government doesnt care about NRIs except only at trade shows and leadership summits. Bloody shame all around.

I have to say that this time my experience with Visa HQ was truly disappointing. Applied with Visa HQ several times in the past with no problem. This time however after I completed an application and paid the fee, I received an email stating: Government Visa website notified us of a delay in processing the visa application form for a reason of technical problems. Applying for a refund now.

I was skeptical at first, the reviews seemed to good to be true, but I can attest. I applied for a Chinese Visa with the 4 day option, and opted for local drop off and pick up. Dropped off required documents on Monday and they said it would be completed by Friday. I got an email Friday saying its ready for pick up. Quick and simple. My only Critique would be they didn't answer the phone once out of the 3 times I called during business hours.
