Choosing an auto repair shop for your vehicle can be one of the most difficult decision that I person can make. Several things come up to mind such as, will this shop take care of my vehicle well, will my vehicle be repaired and come back like new? Picking this location has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. My family and I were so devastated when our vehicle got rear ended and what's worse was that our parts had no eta. However, Al and his team provided us with the best customer service and ensured us that our vehicle was in good hands. We often call and bug Al almost every week but he was super patient with us and let us know everything will be alright. After waiting for about 3 months for the parts, our vehicle was finally repaired and looked amazing as if nothing has ever happened to it! We are so grateful for everything u guys have done. Another shout out to Shahin for bringing out our baby to the lot! Thanks again guys! You will have 0 doubts if you take your vehicle here!

I am very impressed with the service and quality of work that Alzal and his team provided for my vehicle. They were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. Hi,CARSTAR Mississauga North (Maingate location) is a really good place to get your car body repairs done. I had gone there to repair and repaint the dent on the back of my car, and I spoke with Al. Al is very helpful and really responsive to my questions and calls. When he provides the time line, his team finishes during that time line. I am extremely Satisfied with the Service from Carstar Mississauga North. The place was recommended by Insurance company for my new Car which met with an accident. Muhammad Abdi did an excellent work on my car to look it like Brand new , He was very responsible from the day one, always commmunicated with the update on part avaialbility and process and when I dropped the car it was fixed by 1 week .The whole process went very smooth with Muhammad and thier Colleagues .They were very transparent about the whole process. Job Well done and I will definitely recommend this place .

Had a fender bender and my insurance company recommended Carstar for my repair. They took very good care of me and my car from the estimate to the rental to the repair. It was a brand new car less than 150km and still looks brand new now after the repair was done. Had an amazing experience and would highly recommend them to all.

I Just met with an accident and my insurance company recommended me to get it repaired with Car star. I booked an appointment with them and the service i got was outstanding. Al and his team make it so painless and easy. They explained everything up front and it made this process almost enjoyable. It's already a not so great experience to have someone run into your car but my insurance company working with CARSTAR made it very easy. They are responsive, keep you informed and try to get the car ready on time so that you're never waiting around. The rental was onsite when I dropped my car off, and they had my car ready on time so I wasn't late for any of my appointments in regular life. The car also looks as good as new!
