Everyone was so friendly, patient and efficient. It was clean and quiet even though it was busy. The administrative staff are some of the most patient people, I watched them check people in and out with such compassion and kindness.I did not have to wait very long at all for both of my appointments. Even though the reason to go there was stressful, they made me feel at ease; very grateful. Thank you to everyone there.

I am so Impressed I was there today. The staff are exceptionally friendly., professional. And helpful, Questions are answered in laymen's terminology, No waiting appointments are promptly taken on time. The staff treat you like a person not just another warm body. I highly recommend total cardiology

Haven't even set an appointment and already find the staff incompetent and useless. The chick who called me to book the appointment was absolutely useless. Needless to say this is my first time getting any of these tests done and repeatedly telling this idiot this while she is asking questions like do you have a preference of male or female doctor while I'm asking WHY I would need a preference and only being told some people do" repeatedly. I repeatedly answered that unless she can give me a reason WHY I would feel a need to have a preference I cannot answer that question. After 3 minutes of this being said back and forth I finally dropped an f-bomb in which she then explained the procedure and why people tend to have a preference. Seriously

Amazing staff! One lady at the front desk was a bit curt but honestly, not going to change my rating because Monica (echo) Jackie (stress) and Dr. Bell were all incredibly kind and have some of the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. They took the time to listen, explain the process(es) and answer any questions I had. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough . They are exactly who/what you want during what is a stressful/anxious time.

Had couple ultrasound on Friday,staff is very friendly and helpful

Went in for cardiac testing and an echo after an abnormal ECG in October 2020.The lab tech who did my echo asked if I had asthma or breathing problems as a child (I didn't) and then didn't explain what made her ask that.What's most upsetting though is that I went in October for this testing and the cardiologist was supposed to phone me the next week to discuss my results... Didn't happen. Called back and had them fit me in" for a scheduled phone call a month later... Never happened and no one could be bothered to call and tell me why.I have called back several times since then with promised appointments with doctors who obviously don't actually care about their patients' well being. Those other two appointments never happened either.Incredibly disappointing and frustrating and just crossing my fingers nothing is urgent about my results and that there isn't a lingering condition I could be treating that nobody cares to let me know about."

I tried to book an appointment, (after holding on for long time) but was told to call again in a week because my information was not in their computer program. They cannot even book an appointment.

I had a fit test. From referral date to appointment was less than a month, which is surprising during the pandemic. The person that called to pre-screen and confirm the appointment was very nice and detailed all of the procedures. The front staff were efficient and courteous. The staff that helped with the procedure (Jennifer and Brad) were courteous, and described the procedure accurately. The two of them made the test go smoothly and with no stress. Both were commendable

I'm posting on on an appointment I had in October of 2020, everything was great I got in quickly The Masks were offered the procedure which was an ultrasound of my heart was embarrassing but the lady was very professional and ease my discomfort at baring my breast. I'm booked again in Oct 2022, with no anxiety

I had an appointment on July 3rd. Absolutely amazing staff. I felt safe with their Covid safety measures. The doctors and staff are friendly and very helpful.
