I always had a good experience at this store in the past couple months till my last visit . I went in to buy shoes and I got zero customers service. I asked to speak to the manger because the price was the wrong price and I was sad to see that the manager didn’t speak English. She also didn’t care was to busy on the computer. I ask to speak to the other manger if I remember right her name was Jasmine since I always had good service from her . I got told she had left Globo . I’m very sad that Globo let her leave . Since she gone everyone I know has been complaining about the service and I understand now . You let a very amazing employee leave . This is why you will no longer get my service or my family or friend service .

Good prices and variety. Sizes not always available

I usually love Globo but this branch looks like a flea market. Messy , empty shelves. Many items missing price tags. Very little choice in models and sizes.

Very bad customer service, they are not organized, very bad service from the supervisor. I applied for a job there, that called me for a interview, but they didn’t give me an email with the link for the meeting . Finally when I called back they said that they already hired people there That showed up, but I couldn’t because they didn’t send me an email.They could’ve called me but they chose not too!!!!

Bad experience. Do not waste your time in this store. Here, it gives you the old goods that are left in the warehouses and they are not of high quality. I bought a shoe, it has rotted within a month, as if it has been left in their warehouse for a long time. And when you refer to them, there is no responsibility.

The employees were not super helpful at first, so you had to ask a lot of questions. But then they 'thawed up'. And we chatted up. They didn't have what I wanted in store because it was the end of the season, but were able to find they were helpful even calling another store to reserve something.
