I would give 10 STARS if I could!!!My mother was in hospital from Christmas Day until the New Year and when she was discharged she needed some items at home for extra help….. Medical Equipment Rental was conveniently across the street from the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Abdullah was there to help, he is amazing!! He was so compassionate during this very stressful time, and very knowledgeable on what would be best for my mom!! We rented a walker and shower chair. These items have been so good that we ended up buying a upgraded walker (Abdullah took great care to make sure my mom got the right size) and we bought the shower chair too!!! highly recommend this store!! You will be very well taken care of!!!

Mo answered the phone on New Years eve. I needed to rent a hospital bed and they were able to accommodate delivery on the weekend. The men who delivered and set-up the bed were professional, caring and compassionate. The equipment was clean and state of the art. It was a great relief to get this equipment in place when it was needed. I can't thank them enough for the kindness they have shown my family!

She provided me with the rental price and kindly placed the wheelchair on hold until I arrived. Highly recommend! I needed a massage lift chair after my c section and everything from the customer service when calling to the delivery of the chair was smooth and efficient. The chair arrived clean and at the time they said it would. They had it in my place and set up for me within a few minutes!

Fantastic service with this company. Professional delivery people dealing with elderly people and they were most impressed. This was a large hospital bed and they moved it with ease and for much less money and within a days notice. Will use them again most definitely.

So, today I needed to grab a walker for my uncle to use for the next 2 weeks after his operation. I walked in and the gentlemen upfront was extremely helpful.
