The lady who I see every time I go into here is always super sweet and helpful. I have a question, BAM she has an answer. Really quick to find a reliable answer and if the internet is being a little on the slow side she always has something to talk about.

Got there at 7:15, was one person ahead of me lady in charge tell me oh there's one person ahead of you I wont have time for you" seriously??? It takes you 45 mins to sell one phone?? Never going back there"

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again, was told what my plan amount would be, which was great.. except I’m now fighting for that amount every month.. cause it DOESNT EXIST!!!

Here they can put you on any plan or telecom carrier. Good to weigh your options and not be locked into any contract.

The lady that served us could use skills in dealing with people. Also while we were being served an acquaintance came by and so she served the friend instead of taking care of our needs. If it hadn't been for the PC points I would have just gone to another store. The guy who works here was a saving factor.

I've used these guys quite a few times over a period of 5-7 years for my whole family's phones and lines, and they've been fantastic every time. I'm surprised I never left them a review before. I dealt with different guys and gals over the years, and they've always had my interest in mind , and they all were super friendly and knowledgeable. I guess their HR does the right thing. Overall, I like their business concept - they're basically brokers finding you the best on the market. Love these guys and hope they prosper.
