One of the worst police stations out there , the impounded my car for no reason and made it stay the night. I had to spend 100$ on taxis that day going back and forth trying to retrieve my car . After I got the car back I noticed 50$ missing from my jacket that was in my car and they had clearly went through my belongings. Disrespectful especially the tall white guy with orange hair , told me that it would cost 120$ to get my car back but he ended up coming to 300$ for the so called “tow truck” feels. The bill for the two truck was 120+ tax and then another 150 to pick up the car the next day even though I said I’ll pick it up the day before. Worst ever , already look st the reviews from before just horrible , even Peel isn’t as rude or disrespectful as O.P.P from this station .

Needed to get my VSS done for my schooling placement, and made sure to call in advanced to see how long it would take. I called on Monday, and they told me to come in on Tuesday and they'd have it done for me on the spot. I drove 2 hours to my hometown (Caledon) to make sure I got my criminal check done and received such terrible service. She told me that I would have to wait a week and a half, and said Bye have a good day. I had a blonde lady assist me and she was very very rude and I couldn't believe they way she spoke to me because I'm on the younger side. I am so disappointed because of the disrespect I got from this lady. I'm avoiding this place at all costs.

They seem to me to be polite, professsional and competent. My experience was a driving offence caused by confusion due to construction signage. I made a mistake. They took the situation and my age into consideration and made sure I was safely on my way. Good guys….

Honestly the rudest officiers work here. Police officers are supposed to make you feel safe not act like total jerks. I'm not saying every cop there is bad, but the female officer G D'Souza was extremely rude. I went for a simple volunteer police check and I don't know why she kept trying to make me feel like an idiot. I've been to this police station a few times for police checks before and I've never had this issue. Once, the lady even gave me my police check in 10 minutes and everything was really simple. I was shocked seeing this officers behaviour. I don't know how someone can act and talk the way she did. I treated her with respect and it's important that she at least doesn't act like a total jerk. Honestly, someone has to look into this place but for now I'm just saying to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Caledon OPP officer Cheyne lied under oath in court on behalf of real estate developer Derrik Libawski. It is a matter of court record, can't be refuted or defended, and Cheyne has never denied it. The response from OPP is to criminally obstruct justice and lie on Cheyne's behalf. Protect a dirty officer rather than uphold the law. We find a culture of lies at Caledon OPP. It is pitiful.

I had an horrible experience trying to get a criminal and vulnerable sector check here. The staff is very rude and when I was tried to get another copy of the record check they said I would have to pay another 40$ for it. I believe they are underfunded that's why they try to take extra money from the public they are serving. I had initially requested for a copy with the original criminal and vulnerable sector record check. They refused to provide it unless I had a letter from the institution specifically stating that I needed another copy. The criminal and vulnerable sector check they provide is a joke, it's your filled out application that they sign and stamp. If you live in another town the police station always provides you an official document for the record check, not your application. Their services are really poor and the staff is really snooty especially the blonde, white lady. I don't know how they choose to hire these people but, customer service is definitely not a priority for them.

Never had a bad experience here...been coming for vulnerable sector checks every 6 months for the past number of years. This is the only place that will a) process your request extremely fast and b) give you a date to pick it up when you submit your request. To everyone giving reviews citing poor service from the civilian staff as well as the officers, I suggest you examine the way you were acting and think about whether or not your attitude influenced your interaction.

Was involved in an accident today. Waited over 30 minutes for an officer to arrive however a fee drove by and looked but never stopped.I could not believe that the officer tried to say the accident was my fault especially after looking at damage to my car. The other driver barely had a scratch on his truck.I believe the officer had no clue how a roundabout works. Explained it completely wrong and when we pointed out the painting on the road he had nothing to say.Sorry to say but you people are a bunch of idiots. Thanks for nothing

I had 2 officers lie under oath to me and my neighbour... they had no concern for our safety or the trespassers on our property.

If people go 60 km per hour in Caledon, there would be traffic jams in all directions. The infrastructure was designed for faster driving cars and yet it's artificially reduced and enforced.Good to know my tax money is used to meet quotas.
